| Sketches in England cover a wide range of places. Unlike painting holidays abroad most sketches do not represent an accumulation of information about one location. More often they are a product of a trip out, me remembering to pack a sketch book and drawing implements and a very accommodating partner. I've become quite adept at producing a very fast drawing so I'm not trying his patience too much. He also now comes prepared with a book!
